Please read this before ordering. 

1. Soban store operating hours for delivery and pickup are:

2. Orders placed on this website are for same-day delivery or same-day personal or courier pick-up, unless advance order is indicated. 

3.For Greenbelt, BGC, SM Megamall, SM North EDSA branches, the daily cut-off time for same-day delivery or pick-up of orders is 6PM (Monday to Thursday) and 7PM (Friday to Sunday).

For Eastwood and Robinsons Place Manila branches, the daily cut-off time for same-day delivery or pick-up of orders is 6PM (Monday to Sunday).  All orders made after cut-off time will be processed the next day. Orders made before cut-off time but with late payments are also processed the next day. 

4. All orders require a minimum transaction of P300. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Orders that are not paid after 5 days will be automatically canceled. 

6. Delivery only covers a +6 km distance from each store. Please see if you are within our delivery service area when you click HERE. We arrange for your delivery through a third-party courier partner such as Happymove or Joyride. You can select your delivery time slot before checkout.

If your area is not within our delivery service area, we recommend you select Store Pick-up or call our stores directly to order. 

7. In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:

  • Absence of the recipient
  • Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel
  • Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully
  • Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items
  • No-show cancellations
  • Failure to receive the Order with ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery

 We reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

 8. For Store Pick-up, you can pick up your order from our store personally or through your own courier. You can select your pick-up time slot before checkout.

9. This website accepts  Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), Bank transfer (Metrobank/BDO), PayMaya and GCashCash on Delivery is not accepted. 

If you paid via Credit Card or PayMaya: Your payment is automatically received, and your order is confirmed. There is no need to email a screenshot of payment.

For Bank transfer and GCash, please deposit to the accounts below and send screenshot of payment slip and order reference number to soban.ktown@happyfoodsgroup.com so we can finalize your order.

10. You will receive a status update and tracking number via email notification.

11. For cooked items, we recommend you order for immediate consumption only. For frozen items, there will be an expiration date indicated on the labels. We recommend you order for immediate consumption too as most of our product shelf life is quite short. We only use fresh ingredients and do not use preservatives.
